Preparing for a Home Inspection
In the limited time we have, we need to evaluate the home and inspect it in the most efficient way possible. Here is what I recommend:
- Confirm all the utilities are on – Electric, Water, and Gas or Oil is in the tank
- Confirm that the homeowners’ personal belongings are not blocking access to the utilities
