Preparing for a Home Inspection
In the limited time, we have to evaluate the home, we want to inspect the home in the most optimal way possible. Here is what I recommend:
- Confirm all the utilities are on – Electric, Water, and Gas or Oil is in the tank
- Confirm the homeowners’ personal belongings are not blocking access to the utilities
- Here is an article on Preparing for a Home Inspection that you can share with the Realtor to forward to the seller.
