I used their inspection service as I’m preparing to purchase a condo. Mr. Datkowitz took time with me beforehand to carefully explain what he would inspect for my wall-in condo inspection. He provided a detailed quote, met my realtor and my representative at the building, with me on video call. He went through a most thorough and detailed inspection of the entire unit, stopping patiently to answer all of our questions. He provided the written and detailed report, with many pictures and explanations, with summary, and characterization of the various levels of concern or priority. He also took time to answer some specific and directed questions for me by phone after the inspection. I would use him again in a heartbeat, if needed.
