In the limited time you have to evaluate your new home, we want to optimize our time together. Here’s what we recommend:
- Confirm all the utilities are on – Electric, Water, and Gas
- If Oil or Propane are used, confirm there is enough for testing
- Confirm the home owners personal belongings are not blocking access to the utilities
- If you’re Radon testing, confirm that all windows and doors have been closed for 24 hours before the inspection (this reduces the time we need to test)
