From the initial call of describing the process and scope of the inspection, Marshal was informative and answered all my questions. … More The paperwork and forms are easy to understand. Once onsite, Marshal spent three hours examining not only our roof - the main purpose of his visit - but also the attic, basement, and upstairs bedroom and laundry to record moisture in walls, vents in laundry room and other items. Within two days of his onsite examination I received a comprehensive 39 page report listing observations with pictures and detailed explanations on how issues can be resolved and solutions of which to do so. All in all, we received great value for a very reasonable price.

The only downside was … More that in many places Marshal's recommendation was to have additional professionals evaluate the issue as opposed to being explicit that a repair is required. However, a certain amount of referring to specialists is expected. All in all, very happy with the experience and would hire Marshal again.
